Plan Limits, Credits, and Features

Kreator shows your exact plan details, monthly credit allocation, and included features directly on the Subscriptions page. It's the single source of truth for what you have, what you're using, and what a higher tier would unlock.

What's tracked on every plan

Every Kreator plan defines three measurable limits:

  • Credits — your monthly (or annual) allocation of credit points. Every generation costs credits.
  • Storage — total disk space for your assets, uploads, and projects.
  • Seats — how many teammates can be invited to your account.

The exact numbers for your tier — including how many credits you receive each month, your storage limit, and your seat count — live on the Subscriptions page and update automatically if your plan changes.

Steps

1. Open the Subscriptions page

Click your profile avatar in the top-right, then click Subscriptions (credit-card icon).

Note: Only account owners can view Subscriptions. If you don't see the option, ask your account owner.

2. Read your active plan's limits

At the top of the page, your active plan card shows three cells:

  • Credits — the exact allocation for your tier (e.g. X,XXX / month or / year).
  • Storage — total available space.
  • Seats — how many teammates you can invite.

You'll also see your next billing date and amount.

3. Compare tiers (Starter vs. Growth and above)

Scroll down to the plan grid. Each plan tile shows:

  • The plan name (Starter, Growth, and any higher tier available on your account).
  • The price and billing cycle.
  • A "What's included" list — the tools, features, and account privileges unlocked at that tier.

Compare the Starter and Growth tiles side by side to see:

  • The difference in monthly credits.
  • Extra storage and seats.
  • Any premium models, tools, or workflows unlocked at Growth (for example, higher generation caps, additional workflow types, or extended asset access).

The plan grid is the official, always-up-to-date breakdown — pricing, credit amounts, and feature lists are pulled directly from our billing system, so you'll always see what's active today.

4. Estimate how many videos and images you can generate

Kreator doesn't cap generations by count — it caps them by credit spend. Every Generate button in the app shows its credit cost live (coins icon + number) before you click.

To estimate monthly output:

  • Images — each image generation costs a small amount of credits per image. Divide your monthly credit allocation by the cost shown on the button to estimate how many images you can produce.
  • Video clips — significantly more credits per run, scaling with duration and resolution. Check the number on the Generate Video Clip button for your current settings.
  • Image ads, Photoshoots, Inspiration Library, UGC-Style Video — each shows its own credit cost per run.

The exact per-run cost depends on the model, aspect ratio, count, and duration you pick — you'll always see it on the button before spending credits.

5. Track usage over the month

The Usage tab gives you a complete overview of credit activity for the current billing period. You can track your current balance, granted, spent, refunded, and expired credits.

The activity table lists every credit transaction, including the date, activity type, source, description, team member, and credited or deducted amount. Use the date, type, and source filters to review a specific period or type of credit usage, and export the data as a CSV when needed

How do I know I've found everything?

You'll know you have the full picture when:

  • The Subscriptions page shows your monthly Credits, Storage, and Seats at the top of the active plan card.
  • The plan grid below shows a "What's included" list for your current plan and for the tier(s) above and below it.
  • Each tool's Generate button shows the per-run credit cost before you click.

Tips

  • Bookmark the Subscriptions page. It's the official breakdown for credits, storage, seats, and features.
  • Check the cost before every big run. The credit number on the Generate button is the fastest way to plan — especially when bumping up asset count or generating videos.
  • Upgrade in one click. Any plan tile in the grid has an action button — click a higher tier (like Growth) to upgrade without leaving the page.
  • Annual billing. Yearly plans typically stretch further per credit than monthly ones — compare both cycles using the billing toggle at the top of the grid.
  • Free up storage. If you're close to the storage cap, delete unused exports from Trash in the sidebar to permanently free space.

Troubleshooting

The plan grid doesn't list Growth for me. Available plans depend on your account and region. If you don't see Growth listed as an upgrade, contact support@kreator.ai and we'll confirm what's offered on your account.

I need custom limits, more seats, or extra credits. The Subscriptions page footer links directly to support — write to support@kreator.ai with your usage forecast and we'll help you size the right plan.

I don't see a Subscriptions option in my menu. Only the account owner can view Subscriptions. Ask your owner to share plan details, or to add you as an owner.
