Working With Multiple Products in One Kreator Account
Running creative for more than one product inside the same Kreator account is fully supported — you just set each brand up once, link your products to the right brand, and let Kreator apply the right colors, fonts, and tone of voice automatically when you generate.

How brand separation works in Kreator:
- Brand Studio is your library of brand guidelines — you can add as many as you like, one per brand.
- Products are tagged to a brand, so every product you save lives "under" its brand.
- Tools (Image Ads, Inspiration Library, Photoshoots, Captions) automatically apply the brand's colors, fonts, and tone of voice when you pick a product from that brand.
- Folders let you organize finished assets by brand, campaign, or anything else you choose.
Steps
1. Add each brand in Brand Studio
In the left sidebar, expand Studio and click Brands. Then click Add Guideline in the top-right and create a brand from a website URL or a PDF.
Repeat once per brand. When you're done, all three brands appear as separate cards on the Brands page.

2. Tag your products to the right brand
In the left sidebar, click Products under Studio. When creating or editing a product, set the Brand field to the matching brand.

For products you've already added, open each one and update the Brand so nothing is left uncategorized.
3. Filter products by brand
On the Products page, click the filter icon at the top-right and choose Brand. Pick a single brand (or several) to see only that brand's products.

- View products linked to a Brand
From the Brands page, open the options menu for a Brand and select View Products to see all Products associated with that Brand.
The Products page will open with the Brand filter automatically applied, showing only the Products linked to the selected Brand.

5. Generate with the right brand context
When you use any of Kreator's creative tools — Image Ad Generator, Inspiration Library, Product Photoshoots, Captions — the fastest way to stay on-brand is to pick from your saved Products.
When you do that, Kreator automatically pulls the matching brand's:
- Primary and secondary colors
- Typography
- Tone of voice and keywords
- Product description and details

So a generation for Acme Skincare uses Acme Skincare's palette and voice, and a generation for Acme Pets uses the Pets palette and voice — without changing any settings yourself.
How do I know it's set up correctly?
You'll know your three brands are properly separated when:
- The Brands page shows one card per brand, each with its own colors and source.
- On the Products page, the Brand filter lets you switch between brands and the list updates accordingly.
- Picking a product from any brand inside a tool (Image Ads, Photoshoots, etc.) shows that brand's colors, fonts, and name in the panel.
Tips
- Edit brand details any time. Open a brand from the Brands page to refine colors, fonts, or tone of voice — your changes apply immediately to all future generations for that brand.
- One product per brand. If the same physical product belongs to two brands, create it twice and tag each one to the right brand — that way, generations always pick up the correct styling.
- Use brand-named folders consistently. One folder per brand makes it easy to download or share an entire brand's assets in one go.
Troubleshooting
My products show up under the wrong brand. Open the product, change the Brand field to the correct one, and save. The product moves to the right brand instantly.
The brand filter doesn't show one of my brands. Only brands that have at least one product attached appear as filter chips. Tag a product to the missing brand and the filter will pick it up.
A generation came out off-brand. Make sure you picked a Product (not a raw image upload) in the tool — that's what tells Kreator which brand to use. Confirm the brand panel in the tool shows the right colors and name before generating.
I want to stop team members from seeing other brands. Per-brand permissions aren't built in yet. For full isolation by team, create a separate Kreator account per brand and invite only the relevant members to each.
