Join Kreator Community

The Kreator Community is where Kreator users share their work, swap prompts, get feedback, and learn from creators who are already getting results. It's hosted on Circle, lives at community.kreator.ai, and is free for every Kreator member.

This task takes about 2 minutes.

What is the Kreator Community?

It's a private space outside the Kreator app where you can ask questions, post your latest creatives, watch live trainings, and talk directly with the Kreator team and other users. Joining is the fastest way to get unstuck when you're starting out — and it unlocks the bonus credits attached to this onboarding task.

Steps

1. Open your onboarding checklist

Sign in to Kreator. In the top bar, click the Checklist button (the indigo pill that shows your progress, e.g. 5/10).

The onboarding checklist modal opens with all your remaining tasks.

2. Find the Join Kreator Community task

Scroll the checklist until you see Join Kreator circle.so community (marked with a small people icon on the left). The task shows the credit reward you'll earn when it's completed.

3. Click Try now

On the right side of the Join Kreator Community row, click Try now.

A new tab opens at community.kreator.ai with your personal invitation already attached — no separate code needed.

Important: Use the same email address you used to sign up to Kreator. Verification matches your community account against your Kreator email — a different address won't be detected and the task won't auto-complete.

On the community sign-up page:

Your Kreator email will be populated
Enter your Full name
Pick a password
Click Sign up

5. Set up your profile and say hi

Once you're in:

Add a profile photo and short bio so other members know who you are.
Visit the Welcome / Introductions space and post a quick hello — the easiest way to start a conversation.
Browse the spaces in the left sidebar to find the topics most relevant to you (UGC, image ads, tutorials, announcements, and more).

How do I know it worked?

You'll know the task is complete when:

You can see the community feed at community.kreator.ai while logged in with your Kreator email.
Your profile shows your name and avatar in the top-right of the community.
Back in Kreator, the Join Kreator Community step in the checklist flips to Completed (green check) and the bonus credits land in your balance. Verification runs automatically — usually within a minute or two of joining.

Tips

Use your Kreator email. This is the single most common reason the task doesn't auto-complete. If you joined with a different address, sign out and rejoin from the Try now button on the checklist using your Kreator email.
Reopen the Checklist to refresh. Closing and reopening the Checklist modal triggers a fresh check, so it's the fastest way to see the step flip to Completed.
Introduce yourself first. A quick post in the introductions space gets faster replies than a cold question later.
Turn on notifications for the spaces you care about. That way you'll see new tips, prompts, and announcements without having to check daily.
Bookmark community.kreator.ai. You'll come back often for prompt drops, live calls, and feedback threads.

Troubleshooting

The Try now link doesn't open a new tab.

Check that pop-ups aren't blocked for Kreator and click Try now again. You can also go directly to community.kreator.ai and sign up there with your Kreator email.

I joined with the wrong email.

Sign out of the community, return to Kreator, click Try now on the Join Kreator Community step again, and sign up using the same email you use for Kreator.

I joined but the checklist still says it's incomplete.

Membership is verified automatically, but it can take a minute or two to sync. Close the Checklist modal, reopen it, and check again. If it still shows as incomplete after a few minutes, contact support so we can re-run the check on your account.

My community account is pending or unconfirmed.

Make sure you've clicked the confirmation link in the email. The onboarding task only completes once your community account is active.
