Configure Product from a URL
Products in Kreator are how the app remembers what you're selling - your product name, description, key features, images, customer audience, and more. The fastest way to add a product is to paste a URL and let Kreator extract the details for you.
This task takes 2–3 minutes.

What is a Product?
A Product is a reusable record that powers your generations. Once you've added a product, you can use it as a starting point for image ads, photoshoots, UGC-style videos, and other workflows without re-entering the same details every time.
Steps
1. Open the Products page
In the left sidebar, click Products.

You'll see your product list and a New Product button in the top-right corner.
2. Choose "Analyze from URL"
Click New Product, then select Analyze from URL from the dropdown.

3. Paste your product URL
Paste the URL of a product page from your store or website - for example, a Shopify product page, Amazon product page, or any public product listing.
If you do not have a product page ready to go, you can use one of the product pages listed below, or any other product page you can think of.
https://lifeboostcoffee.com/products/decaf-cognition-mushroom-ground-coffee
https://www.amazon.com/Rosle-Stainless-Opener-Pliers-7-inch/dp/B001CJQ73W/
https://www.amazon.com/SUNWILL-Tumbler-Stainless-Insulated-Durable/dp/B07MV6Z896/
https://bdstoneworks.com/products/black-diamond-stoneworks-granite-sealer-pint
Click Analyze URL (or press Enter).

4. Wait for the analysis
Kreator will load the page, extract product images, and use AI to pull together a draft of your product details. This usually takes 30–60 seconds.

5. Review and edit the extracted details
Once the analysis is done, you'll see a draft of your product with:
- Name and description
- Key features and benefits
- Target audience
- Customer quotes and objections (if found on the page)
- Product images — pick the best ones to keep
Review each section, edit anything that looks off, and remove or replace images you don't want.

Don't worry about getting every field perfect — you can edit the product any time later.
6. Save the product
When you're happy with the draft, click the save/confirm button at the bottom. Kreator will create the product and take you to its detail page.
How do I know it worked?
You'll know the task is complete when:
- A confirmation message appears: "Product created successfully".
- You land on the new product's detail page, where you can review everything you just saved.
- The product appears in the Products list when you return to it.
Tips
- Public pages work best. If a page requires login, the analyzer won't be able to read it.
- Use a real product page, not your homepage or a category page. The more focused the URL, the better the extraction.
- You can edit anything later. Open the product from the Products list and use the pencil icon to update name, description, features, or images at any time.
- Reuse the product across workflows. From the product detail page (and from the Products list), you can launch a photoshoot, a UGC-style video, or an image ad with the product details already filled in for you.
Troubleshooting
The analyzer is stuck or takes longer than expected.
Give it a couple of minutes — some pages take longer to load. If it still hasn't finished, refresh the page and try again. If the URL fails repeatedly, try a different product URL or use Create Manually instead.
The extracted details look off or some sections are empty.
That can happen when the source page is light on copy or images. You can edit any field directly in the review step before saving, or fix things later from the product detail page.
No images were imported, or the images look wrong.
Pick different images during the review step, or upload your own once the product is saved. The product detail page lets you replace images at any time.
I see a "Product limit reached" message when I click New Product.
Your current plan allows a limited number of products. Delete a product you no longer need, or upgrade your plan from the Subscriptions page to add more.
I created the product but the checklist still says it's incomplete.
Refresh the page and check the checklist again. If it still shows as incomplete after a minute, contact support.
Next step
Once your product is saved, head back to your onboarding checklist and continue with the next task.
