What happens if a user exceeds their storage limit?

Preview accounts include 5 GB of storage, Starter plans include 10 GB, and Business plans include 100 GB. These limits are expected to be sufficient for most users. Behavior beyond these limits has not required enforcement yet and may be revisited if usage patterns demand it.
