What account statuses exist in Kreator?

An account can be in one of four states: Preview, Active, Expired, or Archived.

Preview status is granted to new users for one month after account creation. Users receive a limited pool of credits and can explore the platform’s core features during this period

An Active account is a subscribed account with full access to all platform functionality for the duration of the billing cycle, whether monthly or yearly.

If a subscription is not renewed, the account enters Expired status for one month. During this grace period:

• Asset downloads are allowed
• New content generation is disabled
• Video rendering is disabled
• Editing is disabled

If the account is not renewed after the Expired period, it moves to Archived status. In this state:

• Users can still log in
• All generation, rendering, editing, and downloading are disabled
• Application access is limited to a status banner only
